Right of cancellation
You can cancel your contractual acceptance within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline expires also by returning the goods. The deadline begins after receipt of this notice in text form, however not before the consignee has received the goods (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before the first partial delivery was received) and not before we fulfill our information obliga-tions under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with
§ 1, section 1 and 2 EG-BGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code), as well as our obligations according to § 312g section 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil code) in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. For maintaining the cancellation period it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods on time. The cancellation shall be sent to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually received services must be returned and any possibly derived benefits (e.g. interest) shall be paid back. If you are unable to return the received services and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) in their entirety or partially or only in deteriorated con-dition, you shall compensate us for any deterioration in value. You shall only compensate us for any deterioration in value of the item and for derived benefits if the benefits or the deterioration are caused by the use of the item beyond the testing of the characteristics and functionality. "Testing of the characteristics and functionality” means inspecting and testing the respective goods in the same manner as it is possible and common in a shop, for example. Goods which can be shipped by normal parcel services shall be sent back at our risk. You shall bear the regular costs of the return consignment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of €40, or if, in case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet provided the service in return or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return consignment is free of charge for you. Items which cannot be shipped by normal parcel services are picked up at your premises. Obliga-tions to reimburse payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of cancellation or of the item and for us with its receipt.
